Accepted Insurances
We continue to work diligently to secure in network with all major insurance plans. For those we can currently accept, we will file directly with the insurance payer. Any co-pay or out-of-pocket cost will be the responsibility of the client/patient.
Concierge Service Plans
Billed upfront monthly. Cancel anytime. Pick the Concierge Plan that is best for your lifestyle and budget.
Text and messaging coaching is an asynchronous communication. Our team does not guarantee instant responses. You can expect your coach to respond to messages 1–2 times a day during workdays.
Plan 1
✓ MEDICAL: $50 per month – 2 VIP appointments, limited messaging 5 per week
✓ COACHING: $40 per week – unlimited messaging only & self-guided program
Plan 2
✓ MEDICAL: $75 per month – 3 VIP appointments, limited messaging 7 per week
✓ COACHING: $50 per week – 30-minute video session with limited messaging 1 per day
Plan 3
✓ MEDICAL: $140 per month – 5 VIP appointments, limited messaging 10 per week
✓ COACHING: $75 per week – (2) 30-minute video sessions with limited messaging 3 per week
